1 pound cod boneless skinless cut into serving sized pieces
Moroccan Preserved lemon*
Smen butter 4 tablespoons
unsalted butter 12 tablespoons
Melt butters in pan add lemon pulp then add Cod and cook 10 minutes
Never flip. Baste with spoon as you cook.
Pour over any grain.
