This morning I decided to finally make use of the crock pot that my friend Bryan gifted me last year for my birthday (yes, it only took me 10 months haha) and I’m really happy with the results. I have never used one before but my friend invited me over for dinner lastnight and the very delicious cashew chicken she served me was made in the crock pot so I felt inspired! I really wanted all that goodness and flavour but to also cut my calorie intake by a little. I decided to use ground turkey instead of ground beef.
