Moroccan Beet and Orange Salad

To make take the following

4 to 6 beets 

2 large oranges
Boil beets whole in a pot of water,

Until tender then 

Drain water and 

Cool beets in cold water 

Then 

Peel and chop up

Place in bowl set aside.

Peel oranges and chop up same size as beets 

Add to beets toss 

Let sit 30 minutes then serve

    Noted this down just because my hubby likes beetroot. I’m however not a big fan because of the bloody colour… I had beetroot curry with his encouragement. Tastes vegetable-ish… of course.

    OMW I love beets!!! It’s so good for your health lol but if you eat it on a while plate your plate ends up looking like a murder scene…okay off topic..I want to try this but I am always apprehensive of mixing it with oranges hmm may I should just give it a try.
