Nutritional yeast, flax seed, rolled oats, wheat germ. I made these no bake bites and they are delicious! Fenugreek does the opposite for me and dries me up so I had to find other routes.

2 cups old-fashioned oats

½ cup ground or milled flaxseed

3 tablespoons brewer’s yeast

1 cup peanut butter or almond butter

½ cup honey

1 teaspoon vanilla

½ cup dark chocolate chips

Steps

In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, add all ingredients except for the chocolate chips. Mix on low speed until mixture is well combined. Stir in chocolate chips.

Roll mixture into 2-tablespoon sized smooth balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or enjoy right away. Once the bites have set, transfer them to an air-tight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

Mixture can be pressed into an 8×8-inch baking dish and cut into bars, if desired. Other optional add-ins: ½ chopped nuts (such as almonds or walnuts) and ½ cup dried fruit

Candied Jalapeños

Prep Time:10 minutes Cook Time:5 minutes Total Time:15 minutes Servings: 64(4 cups or 64 1 tablespoon servings)

Ingredients:

3 pounds jalapeno peppers, sliced into 1/8-1/4 inch slices

6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

2 cups cider vinegar

3 cups granulated sugar

2 teaspoons coriander seeds

1 teaspoon celery seed

Directions:

Bring the everything to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Note: Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 3 months.

Option: Use proper canning procedures to store at room temperature for longer periods of time.

Chicken with raisins and onion

1 chicken cut into quarters

1 lemon cut in half

Salt

Squeeze lemon onto chicken then sprinkle with salt let sit 30 minutes in fridge .

Rinse chicken before adding to the pot .

Spices used:

1 teaspoon Ginger

1 1/2 teaspoons turmeric

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste

1/2 teaspoon pepper or to taste

Garlic cloves leave skin on them

Olive oil 3 teaspoons

1 cup raisins

3 Onions sliced

Rinse chicken off with water add to pot with oil and spices sauté 5 minutes then add 3 cups of water and simmer until chicken is almost done add 1 cup raisins and cook 5 minutes then add 3 onions sliced cook 10 minutes.

Can add carrots or sweet potato when adding raisins.

Serve with bread or over rice .

Easy Chicken Soup

4 pieces chicken breast or thigh ( remove skin)

3 stalks of celery chopped into 1/4 inch pieces

2 carrots peeled and chopped into 1/4 inch pieces

10 cloves garlic peeled and chopped

1 onion chopped into 1/4 inch pieces

2 quarts chicken stock

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 tablespoon canola oil

1/2 cup noodles

Large sauce pan

Heat oil in sauce pan add chopped vegetables, garlic, onion and salt, pepper and cook for 5 minutes then add chicken stock and chicken bring to boil lower to simmer cook 15 minutes then remove chicken pieces using a folk and knife debone the chicken and add back to the pot add the noodles cook for 5 minutes then turn off and serve in bowls hot.

Makes enough to serve 4 people.

Halba chicken with millwee 

1 cup halba seeds boiled (see note below). 

2 cloves garlic, peeled ends cut off

1 tablespoon sem smelly butter (see note below). 

1 tablespoon tumeric, 

1 tablespoon ginger, 

1 tablespoon 100 spices

1/2 tablespoon black pepper 

1/2 tablespoon salt or to taste) (can add salt after cooked.) 

1/2 cup oil

5 onions thinly-sliced 

1 bunch parsley, minced

5-6 small tomatoes cut in half

1 whole chicken (prepped see note at bottom )

Water enough to cover chicken

I use a pressure cooker can use a big pot but will take longer

Heat the oil then add onions,garlic, minced parsley; all the spices and halba seeds saute , risne chicken then add to pan cook about 15 minutes then add water and tomatoes. 

Put top on pressure cooker and tightly seal cook about 45 minutes, is done when chicken is tinder and about to fall off bone

Serve over bread called millwee (type of moroccan bread ) torn into small pieces place chicken in center then ladle sauce around and over it serve hot

(Note to prep halba seeds place in small sauce pan with water bring to boil. Boil 5 minutes; drain water off then add to pot .)

(Note: to prep chicken in large bowl place washed chicken sprinkle salt all over chicken rub in then take one lemon roll on countertop then cut in half squeeze out lemon juice, onto chicken let sit at least 15 minutes.’ this is were i prepared other ingredients. 

Rinse chicken then add to pan .)

Lavender Laundry Soap

Lavender Laundry SoapThis leaves you clothes super clean and smelling great!

2 cups very hot water

1 cup baking soda

⅓ cup salt

1 cup castile soap

10 drops lavender essential oil

Directions:

Add the two cups of water to a saucepan and warm.

Add the baking soda and salt. Stir until dissolved

Pour into a clean gallon container.

Add the castile soap.

Add the essential oil

Use about ¼ cup for each load. Be sure to shake well before use.
